 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it within 30 days of receiving the product. If the product is opened and used then we cannot offer a refund. 

If you want to receive a refund for the item purchased, then all you must do is send an email to our support, Our Customer support will respond within 3-7 Business Days (typically sooner.)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us and creating an RMA.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
